Order policy
Orders are placed through the website order flow or WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after Curd & Cream reviews availability, confirms the details with you, and accepts the order. UAE export orders are subject to batch availability, delivery feasibility, and confirmation before fulfilment.
Pricing and payment
Prices may vary by country, flavour, size, seasonal ingredients, custom add-ons, packaging, delivery location, and special requests. Final pricing is confirmed before fulfilment.
Delivery timelines
Delivery timing depends on production schedules, order volume, location, weather, courier availability, and product freshness requirements. We will share an estimated delivery window on WhatsApp after confirming your order. Because Shrikhand is fresh and perishable, customers must be available to receive and refrigerate it promptly.
Refund and cancellation terms
Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once a fresh batch is prepared, orders cannot usually be cancelled or refunded unless there is a confirmed quality issue or fulfilment error by Curd & Cream. Refund or replacement decisions are reviewed case by case and may require photos, order details, and timely reporting after delivery.
Fresh, handmade and perishable products
Our Shrikhand is handmade fresh in small batches. It contains dairy and may contain nuts. It should be refrigerated immediately after delivery and consumed within the recommended timeframe shared with your order.
Customer responsibilities
Please provide accurate name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, city, and delivery availability. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, unavailable recipients, or missed communication.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curd & Cream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our responsibility for an accepted order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.
